fairly clean hotel, enjoyed to be near to a walled garden and lemon grove in piano di sorrento, the very cheap public transport and the trainstation 'piano di sorrento' thanks to perfect and exceptionally nice location. the staff was really excellent and fairly friendly, some of them especially. the room was spotless, budget and included tea/coffee, a lounge and two big windows. the service was very good, we had a tasty and delicious breakfast with cheese, fruit and salami.

Lovely old traditional building, we were made very welcome and felt like we were staying in a family home. Very comfortable rooms, and relaxed surroundings.. Just 10/15 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes from train station, 5/10 minutes from main square. Elina (staff member) was extremely helpful, a lovely young lady. A good breakfast was provided.
Ants! We had to buy an insect spray and spray each day along the skirting boards etc in the bathroom and bedrooms, as we would find ants in our clothes, or on the towels. The spray kept them under control.

My father thought the family was friendly and liked the historical aspect of the building. The rest of us found little to enjoy at this B&B.
No A/C, 30+ yr old twin beds put together on cot stand for double bed, cold breakfast only, hard to find, no parking, noisy farm animals from 5am to midnight, teenage daughter left in charge of office during day, no shower/bath only, cleaning by maid only some days. I would not stay here again or recommend it at all.

The breakfast was savory and astonishing with a good choice. the swimming pool was clean. - the location is decent and ideal, near Sorrento's attractions, the train station with direct routes to Sorrento, Naples, and historic sites like Herculaneum and Pompeii.

I also enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace with its lovely view. The homemade jam was a delicious highlight of the morning.
The air-conditioning had a few issues, but overall, everything was great.

During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the lovely setting of this B&B. the breakfast offered a variety of options including fruit, which was a great addition. the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the local area, providing helpful tips.
The location was not ideal, requiring a train ride to reach the main tourist area. the room was quite small and lacked air conditioning, making it uncomfortable at times during the warm weather.

This hotel is superb value for money. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and level of service provided. The location in Piano di Sorrento is comfortable and a perfect place to relax away from the bustle of Sorrento. The hotel is housed in a charming 18th-century house with a lot of character. The rooms are large and well-appointed, with comfortable king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms/showers, and some even have a separate sitting area. The breakfast served at the hotel is great, and the staff are always willing to accommodate any requests.
Everything was ok.

This hotel is a hidden gem deep in a residential area. The location within a lemon grove adds to the charm and tranquility of the place. The rooms are spacious, with large bathrooms and they even have their own air conditioning units which are a great addition. The staff provide excellent service and the breakfast spread is delicious, especially the homemade jams and the cappuccinos. The best part is that you can enjoy all of this while taking in the stunning view.
All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.
